Instructions

05507 CAULIFLOWER and cheese BALLS 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 small cauliflower, cream, 250 ml 4 of bechamel, 1 egg, bread crumbs, salt, oil.

Divide into branches the cauliflower and cook in salted water until tender, drain and tritatelo.

Place the sauce in a saucepan with the cauliflower, cheese and cook for a few minutes just enough to obtain a paste, leave it to cool.

Form balls, put them in the egg and breadcrumbs, and fry them in plenty of hot oil.
