Instructions

GREEK 05881 FRUITS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 cauliflower, ripe cherry tomatoes, 4 a 2 small fennel, broccoletto, 2 celery sticks, a clove of garlic, 4 4 small white onions, carrots, 10 cl of olive oil 25 cl dry white wine, the juice of 2 lemons, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, a pinch of hot pepper, a teaspoon of coriander seeds, salt, pepper.

Wash the vegetables thoroughly.

Divide the cauliflower and broccoletto into small florets.

Divide the fennel into four parts.

Cut carrots and celery into sticks and thinly sliced onions.

In a saucepan heat the oil low edges and fry the onion for about 3 minutes to fire.

Add the other vegetables, garlic, ginger, chilli and coriander seeds.

Sprayed with white wine and continue cooking for another 10 minutes to fire.

Add salt and pepper.

When cooked, remove the vegetables from the pan with a skimmer.

Arrange the vegetables in 4 glasses or cups, sprayed with the cooking broth and garnish with the tomatoes.

Serve.
