06742 CARRE ' pineapple PORK INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 carr ' pork, fresh pineapple slices, 80 g butter, 80 g of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, herbs for roasted, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, salt.
Take slice PROCEDURE carr ' thinly sliced pork, without detaching from the bone.
Combine butter, herbs, pepper and bread crumbs.
Place in a non-stick baking dish, sprinkle pork with this sauce, inserted between a slice and the other, a slice of pineapple, add the oil and cook in preheated oven at 200° for about an hour until it is well browned.
NOTE: during cooking if necessary add a little pineapple juice.
