Instructions

06828 GOULASH INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 500 g cubed veal, 250 g of pork minced meat, onion, half k half kg of ripe tomatoes, 1 egg, 1 plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon paprika, 200 ml, 200 ml broth of white wine, flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Mix the pork with the beaten egg and formed a little Meatball, pass in the flour and oil doratela, hold aside.

In the same oil, Saute chopped onions, add the veal and when the onion takes in colour, add the tomatoes cut in salsa, flavored with salt, pepper and paprika.

Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, then pour in the broth and wine.

Cook incoperchiando very slow flame until the meat is tender.

About 15 minutes before end of cooking add the Meatball and yogurt.
