Instructions

06608 MEAT and CARPACCIO with BLACK TRUFFLES INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 400 g of beef (sirloin), 120 g of salad (arugula, radicchio, Endive, radish, lettuce and endive) 40 g of black truffles, 2 stalks of celery, 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE cut the celery in thin threads of 4 cm length, prepare the vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Thinly slice the meat and pass it in vinaigrette.

Thinly slice the truffles.

Clean and dress the salad, arrange on plates, settle over the meat and garnish with truffle and celery.
