Instructions

06870 CARPACCIO with PARMESAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g fillet of beef thinly sliced, tender salad 150 g, 150 g Grana Padano cheese, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon spicy mustard 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, a sprig of fresh chives, salt and pepper.
