Instructions

INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 150 g of chopped veal, 1 large potato, 1 sottiletta, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.

Grated potato PROCEDURE with the thickest part of a cheese grater, dress with salt and pepper, then add the meat, add oregano and basil.

Place in a baking pan potatoes and download over the meat, cover it with sottiletta and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
