Sausage skewers
Instructions
06239 SKEWERED SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 1 pack of frankfurters, 4 slices thick Bacon, 100 g mushrooms, 4 tomatoes, 1 small sprig of mint, 1 egg, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
PROCEDURE cut the Diced Bacon and tomatoes in half.
Place the sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes in a bowl, toss with salt.
Add the cup of olive oil and the chopped Mint, let soak for an hour.
Strung on skewers, alternating sticks, sausages, bacon, nuts, mushrooms and tomatoes; place on a baking tray and cook in the oven.
Serve hot, accompanied with a mayonnaise made with macerated oil and egg.
