Instructions
HERBED BURGER 2_06166 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 2 packages of hamburgers, 2 medium potatoes, 2 onions, 4 tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs (thyme, Rosemary, parsley) a clove of garlic, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper cook the potatoes and the onions in lightly salted water and when cooked let them cool.
Place the cast-iron Grill Pan on the fire and when hot add the burgers with a shovel.
Cook the burgers on both sides turning them until they occasionally.
In a bowl diluted a little salt with lemon juice, add the oil banging with the prongs of a fork until an emulsion.
Add the herbs and garlic and mix well.
Sliced cooked vegetables and the tomatoes and put them in a salad bowl and toss with the marinade with the other flavored burgers.
Serve the burgers with a side of vegetables.
