2_06040 MARINATED VEAL INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of topside veal, 250 g of mixed pickle, celery heart 1, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 clove, 1 tablespoon sweet mustard, 2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 Laurel leaf, 30 g of red wine vinegar, 50 g olive oil, salt and pepper.
