2_06144 ROAST BEEF with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 150 g dried white beans, a shallot, a clove, 50 g butter, a sprig of thyme, 200 g of fresh beans, 200 g of green beans, 1/2 green pepper 8 tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of mustard with green pepper, 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar, 2 eggs, 4 slices of cold roast beef, 2 tablespoons chopped chives, salt and pepper.
