INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 pink Grapefruits, oranges, 2 4 quorn fillets, a tablespoon of olive oil, 15 g butter juice of 1/2 lime, 8 basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste Peel the oranges and grapefruit.

Over a bowl to collect the juice, separate the cloves, remove the skin, filaments and seeds.

In a pan heat the oil and butter and Brown quorn fillets, 5 minutes per side over low heat.

Add salt and pepper.

Add the citrus harvest juice and lime and continue cooking for 5 minutes over low heat.

Add the citrus wedges and moisten with the cooking sauce.

Cook again for 2 m.

Spread the preparation in hot dishes and garnish with basil leaves.
