INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 pink Grapefruits, oranges, 2 4 quorn fillets, a tablespoon of olive oil, 15 g butter juice of 1/2 lime, 8 basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste Peel the oranges and grapefruit.
Over a bowl to collect the juice, separate the cloves, remove the skin, filaments and seeds.
