Instructions

ALMOND TROUT 07399 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 trout about 300 g each; 100 g butter; 1 cl peanut oil; 100 g sliced almonds; the juice of a lemon; 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley; little white flour; Squamate well fish, empty it and wash it under running water.

Remove trout from the Pan, appoggiatele on a plate of warm service and pour over the almond butter.

Garnish with the parsley.
