07009 stockfish CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 750 grams of cod, 500 g potatoes, 400 g onions, 1/2 litre of skimmed milk 2 egg yolks, salt, pepper.
Sliced potatoes and onions.
Shredded salt cod by removing the skin and the thorns.
In a baking dish placed in layers alternating with potatoes, onion and salt cod, ending with a layer of potatoes.
Mix the milk with the egg yolks, season with salt and pepper then pour it over the potatoes.
Cook in the oven at medium temperature from 45 to 50 minutes.
If you excessively dorasse cover halfway through the cooking with tin foil.
