Instructions

07030 BACCALA ' CIDER INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 pieces of unsalted cod, 2 apples, 2 onions, 2 potatoes, 1/2 l of cider, 1 bottle of skim milk, 1 clove of garlic, butter, flour, salt, pepper.

PROCEDURE Peel the potatoes and cut into regular pieces, sliced onions in disks.

Fried everything in butter with chopped garlic; Add the peeled and chopped apples into wedges, Brown again for 5 minutes.

Pour the cider and milk, Cook for 10 minutes then add the pieces of cod flavoured with salt and pepper and dusted with flour.

Cook until cod will not be tender.
