Instructions

07344 PIECE of COD with TOMATO SAUCE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE a pack of frozen cod loins from 400 g, 200 g of ripe tomatoes, 20 g of breadcrumbs, olives, 8 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, a sprig of parsley, salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE Do the trance of cod thaw at room temperature.
