Anglerfish in sauce

2_07000 ANGLER IN SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 6 slices of angler fish from 150 g each, 1 shallot, 1 clove of garlic, ripe, round 6 tomatoes 1 tablespoon tomato paste, olives, olive oil, a sprig of parsley, salt, pepper. In a Pan fry the shallots and chopped garlic in a little oil. Add the tomato paste, 5 tomatoes cut into slices, salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes. Arrange the slices of fish in a basket for steaming and cook by flavouring the water with parsley and peppercorns. When cooked, place the fish on a serving dish, pour over the sauce, olives, diced tomato and the chopped parsley. Serve.
