Cod fillet with curry sauce

2_07176 COD FILLET with CURRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 x 200 g fillet of cod, 2 tomatoes, 100 g of basil, 2 sheets of puff pastry, 2 leeks, 150 g of margarine, a dl of olive oil, 2, 5 dl of chicken soup, 10 g of curry powder, pepper, salt.
Remove skin and seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
Divide the cod fillets in two horizontally, gently flavored bottom and posatevi over 4 pieces of tomato alternating with 2/3 basil leaves.
Cover the preparation obtained from the top of the cod and dress again.
Preheat oven to 200° Wrap the preparation in a Leek leaf white so as to maintain all compact; place the cod on a sheet of pasta, which you have humidified the edges, and avvolgetevelo.
Let them FRY in half the oil and half the margarine and continue cooking.
Cut the remaining 2 slices of leek, 5 cm and cook by steaming.
For the sauce, prepared chicken broth, season with curry and tied with the remaining margarine.
