Instructions

2_07175 CATFISH FILLET and AVOCADO QUINOA INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 catfish fillets from 200 g, 2 large ripe avocados, 200 g of fresh cream, lemon green, 150 g quinoa, 25 g salted butter, 2 Tbsp chopped chervil, olive oil to grease the dish, salt and pepper.

Distributed in each dish the quinoa, a fish fillet with cream of avocado and a lemon above washer.

Served hot.
