Instructions
08030 CAULIFLOWER SALAD, watercress and RADISHES 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 small cauliflower, 1 bunch of radishes, 1 bunch of watercress, celery sticks, 2 1 nut.
For the 8 tablespoons of olive vinagret: extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tbsp grain mustard, salt and pepper.
