Instructions

08450 CHICKEN SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 chicken breasts, 40 g butter, 100 g grana padano cheese, 50 g of toasted almonds, 4 tablespoons of brandy, 1 tuft of curly Endive, 3 tablespoons vinegar, olives, 1 tablespoon spicy mustard 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Fillet the chicken breasts into thin slices, then cut into strips.

Let them FRY in a saucepan with the butter to open flame and gold when they cover with brandy.

Add a little water; Add salt and cook for a few minutes in covered container.

In a bowl mix the salt, vinegar and mustard, mix well and, finally, add the oil.

Wash and chop salad and dress with the sauce.
