Instructions

CARIBBEAN SALAD INGREDIENTS 08386 4 PEOPLE 2 strains of lettuce, 4 slices of pineapple, banana, 2 1 cedar, 1 lemon.

For the sauce: 100 ml (1/2 cup) of oil, 50 g of unsalted peanuts, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 1 egg, salt, pepper.

CASE clean the lettuce and divide the ball into four.

Cut bananas slices and pineapple pieces.

Peel the Cedar, remove the white part and divide the cloves.

Blend the peanuts with oil, vinegar, egg far enough to get a cream finish.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place the lettuce in a bowl in the Center and put the fruit mixed with the sauce.
