08315 PUNTARELLE SALAD INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 big tuft of Catalonia of chicory varieties, 1 clove of garlic, anchovies in salt, 3 4 cuchiai of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, salt and pepper.
