Potato and corn salad

08528 POTATO SALAD and corn INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g small potatoes, chopped onions, 4 100 g, 50 g of bacon Grill, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar, a pinch of grated nutmeg, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Cook the potatoes for 25 minutes to steam.

Add salt and pepper.
Mix well all the ingredients and serve.
