09540 BREADED CHICKEN KEBABS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of chicken breast, 80 g of scamorza, 4 slices of bread, 2 eggs, 60 g breadcrumbs, a sprig of Rosemary, 2 dl of white wine, a clove of garlic, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, frying oil, salt, pepper.

Cover with kitchen foil and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Drain the marinated meat and prepare the skewers alternating chicken, bread and cheese.
