TURKEY TIDBITS 09572 SPICES INGREDIENTS 800 g Turkey flesh cut into very small pieces, 1 large onion, 4 carrots, 1 glass of dry white wine, 1 glass of brandy, 10 cloves, 2 shallots, juniper berries, 2 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, 2 cups of meat broth. PROCEEDINGS Scrape the carrots, wash them and cut them into very thin slices.
