Instructions

09585 duck breast MARINATED in CUMIN INGREDIENTS for 2 PERSONS 300 g duck breast, 100 g bean sprouts, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 dl of white wine, 4 tablespoons olive oil or peanut, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 spring onions, salt.

PROCEDURE Place a small pot on the stove with 2 litres of water and bring to a boil.

Cut the breast into thin slices and 1 cm wide strips; collect the strips in a bowl, sprinkle with the cumin powder, stir, wet with wine and let marinate 1 hour.

Peel the onions by removing any outer leaf, roots, the green part, wash them, cut them into 4 cm long tronchetti, then slice them up lengthwise.

Slightly salted boiling water and sbollentatevi the bean sprouts for 1 minute.

Put the oil and cumin seeds in a bowl suitable for microwaves and then toss them in the oven, uncovered, at full power for 40 seconds; Add the onions and cook for 1 minute.

Drained strips of duck breast, add to the onions along with Spears drained, add soy sauce, stir and cook for 4 minutes, stirring 2 times; Salt lightly and let stand for 2 minutes, then serve it on a serving platter.
