Instructions

09828 CREOLE CHICKEN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg chicken breast, 2 onions, 2 leeks, pine nuts 100 g, 100 g of raisins, a fragrant dry wine, a glass of white wine, the juice of 3 lemons, a tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon tarragon, saffron filaments, olive oil, salt.

In a saucepan, lightly brown the chicken breasts and keep aside.

In another saucepan with a dash of olive oil sauté the onions and leeks, cut into thin strips and long and brown slightly.

Let the wine reduce by half and add the cornstarch dissolved in a glass of cold water.
