Instructions

09833 Oriental CHICKEN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g cleaned chicken and cut into pieces, 200 g of peeled prawns, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, canned peas, onion, a clove of garlic, a tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, satin olive oil, salt.

In a saucepan you blast the chicken pieces with a drizzle of hot oil until golden; Add the shrimp and you blast the whole thing for 2 minutes.

Set aside chicken and shrimp and momentarily, in the same oil, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic.

When garlic is golden, add the drained peas, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.

Dissolve the cornstarch in a glass of water and pour into saucepan, stir continuously until a thick sauce.

Add the chicken and shrimp and boil the whole thing again.

Add salt and serve.
