Rice and cheese cake
Instructions
10369 RICE CAKE and cheese INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE for the Butter, 150 g walnuts, 3 eggs, 2 teaspoons sweet paprika, 100 g of cooked rice, grated emmenthal cheese 150 g, 20 g of breadcrumbs, 25 cl of whole milk 4 tablespoons cream 1 tbsp fresh spicy mustard, salt, pepper.
Preheat oven to 200° generously Buttered Cake mould (preferably in porcelain).
Crushed walnuts.
Beat the eggs with paprika, salt and pepper.
Pour the cheese in a bowl, add the nuts, rice, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, milk and fresh cream; stir, then stir the mustard.
Pour the preparation in the mould and bake for 45 minutes in a hot oven.
Serve directly into hot cooking pot and accompanied by a green salad with tomatoes and onions.
