14055 STEWED MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of fresh champignons, a glass of dry white wine, 2 cloves garlic, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, paprika, one tablespoon cornstarch satin, parsley, salt.
Clean and dry the mushrooms; in a pan browned garlic cut into pieces with a little cayenne pepper.
When the oil is very hot add the mushrooms cut into pieces (only if they are very large), and a high flame, keep cooking for 8-10 minutes.
Stir the wine and let it reduce by half.
Dissolve the cornflour in a little water and add to the saucepan, lowering the middle and letting it cook for 3-4 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
Finish the recipe with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
