Instructions

14060 mushrooms and FIGS IN SAUCEPAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g mushrooms, 6 fresh figs, 40 g butter, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, 2 cloves, a pinch of ginger, salt.

With the help of a small knife, remove the excess Earth from the mushrooms and then wipe with a damp cloth.

Rinse the figs and then dry with a cloth.

Cut them into quarters.

In a pan with the butter and cook the mushrooms over high heat stirring constantly.
