Instructions

15427 NIBBLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 courgette, onions, 12 sausages with green pepper 12 Sliced Zucchini with a potato peeler so as to obtain thin fetttine.

Salt them lightly.

Roll up each slice on herself and infilzatele with sausages and onions.

Recommended with red wine, such as a sparkling Lambrusco reggiano, or Bonarda piemontese.
