Instructions
CREMA CATALANA 17936 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 250 grams of milk, 250 g cream, 1 sachet of vanilla, zest of 1/2 lemon, 4 egg yolks, 2 whole eggs, 30 g cornflour, 80 g icing sugar, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 2 baskets of berries.
For the caramel: 80 g of brown sugar.
In a large bowl put the icing sugar, grated lemon peel, milk, cream, eggs, a pinch of cinnamon and cornstarch (except the fruit and sugar to caramel) and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, (for those who do not have the complete with bowls and irons for the caramel to serve) proceed as follows: place in a baking dish and baked fruit, washed and dried.
When the custard is cooked pour the fruit.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and grilled in the oven until it is caramelized.
Served cold, but with the hot caramel.
