Pina-colada ice cream
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 1 pack of condensed milk, 1 can of pineapple in syrup, 1/2 kg of whipped cream, 100 g of grated coconut, 1 plain yogurt, 1 cup of rum.
PROCEDURE Puree the pineapple with its syrup, add the milk, yogurt, coconut, rum and stir well.
Stir the cream and place in freezer for 2 or 3 hours.
Remove from the freezer, tilted or bumped as vigorously and split it into cups.
Place back in the freezer until it is lifted.
