Beer and orange sabayon

17206 EGGNOG to beer and ORANGE JUICE INGREDIENTS 4 egg yolks 4 PEOPLE, 120 g sugar, 2 dl of beer, the juice of one Orange, 1 sachet of vanilla.
PROCEEDINGS Beat in a small saucepan with sugar until the mixture is fluffy and doubled in volume.
Pour the orange juice and beer and place the bowl in a Bain-Marie.
Cook, beating constantly with the whisk until the Eggnog will be thick and stringy.
When it is sufficiently consistent, avoiding that comes to a boil, retire it from fire.
Serve warm zabaione with Daisy cake slices.
