Charlotte peach
Instructions
Peel and slice peaches into wedges. Brush with a little melted butter a mold from charlotte and foderatelo with baking paper (the butter in this case serves as a glue between the mold and paper).
Resting on the bottom a layer of peaches, sprinkle them with sugar and drizzle with some of the previously melted butter. Cover with a layer of ladyfingers shaped mold-friendly.
Continue alternating peaches with butter and sugar cookies, and terminate with the latter.
Cover with aluminum foil and place the mould in the basket for steaming.
When the water boils place the rack and bake for about 60 minutes. At the end let cool and put the charlotte.
