Simple custard

ingredients for 4 people
3 eggs, 2 tablespoons flour, 3 cups of milk, 4 tablespoons full of sugar.
Preparation
In a saucepan, mix the flour and sugar. Stir the eggs, adding them one at a time and stirring carefully. Add the cold milk, mix well and put on the fire without ceasing to stir. When it starts to boil, remove from heat, divide the cream into individual parts and allow to cool. To obtain a finer cream, used a whole egg and 4 egg yolks instead of whole eggs, stirring 3 times during baking and boiling the cream over low heat.
