Instructions

Dissolve the cornstarch with a glass of milk, adding sugar, coffee, two well-beaten eggs and grated lemon zest.

Meanwhile, put the rest of the milk on the fire and when it starts to boil, add the previous mixture, stirring well until it begins to boil.

Continue cooking for a minute, stirring.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the cream into a mold for cakes of about 22 cm in diameter, well buttered.

Cook in the oven at high heat for 30 minutes and let it cool in the freezer.

Then dessert, turn out and serve immediately.
