Instructions

CRISPY 2_17464 with FRUIT INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE For the wafers: 50 g of butter, 70 g icing sugar, 2 egg white, 40 g of flour.

Macedonia: 160 g, 360 g kiwi banana, peach, 240 g 250 g 100 g of papaya, currants, 2 tablespoons sugar, juice of 2 oranges, 250 g of whipping cream.

Check the Kiwis, peeled and cut into slices with a sharp knife.

Peel the bananas and cut them into thin enough slices.

Cut papayas in half, in the sense of its length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.

Divide the fruit into quarters and peel with a sharp knife slices and cut the flesh into chunks small enough.

Remove the peel to the peaches, cut them in half, remove the core and divide them into regular quatrains.

Put under running water the blackcurrant and dry gently with paper towels.

Take all the fruit and add to a bowl, sprinkle with sugar orange juice.

Stir gently, cover and let it rest in the refrigerator.

Heat the oven to 200° oven 2 plates Lined with baking paper moistened and well squeezed.

Soften the butter in a small frying pan slightly sciogliendolo to sweet fire, then pour it into a bowl and knock it with a wooden spoon until it is fluffy.

Add the icing sugar and knead the ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous.

In another bowl beat the egg whites for 30 seconds with a fork to mix.

Pour the remaining cream in a bowl is cool 10 minutes in the freezer.

Mount it with the electric mixer for 5 minutes.

For baking of waffles, spread 2 tablespoons of batter onto the baking plate, forming discs of about 10 cm in diameter.

You get 12 discs.

Proceed in the preparation of all the portions.

Serve immediately.
