Instructions

18604 ROLL of 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS APPLES 3 eggs, 100 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, butter.

For the filling: 2 apples, 1 lemon, 300 ml (1/2 cup) whipping cream, 100 g of icing sugar.

Working PROCESS the egg yolks with sugar until creamy, add the sifted flour with the baking powder, mix well and stir the whipped egg whites.

Pour it on top of a rectangular ovenproof plate lined with wax paper and cook in oven 10 to fresh 15 minutes.

Put the cake and wrap it up on itself with great caution.

Grate the apples with the large part of the grater, drizzle with lemon juice and when done with 75 g icing sugar, grated lemon peel and whipped cream.

Cover cookie with this mixture on all sides, spolveratelo well with the icing sugar.

Put it in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
