Instructions

Put them in a bowl and mix with remaining sugar, 25 g butter, grated lemon peel and 1 tablespoon sweet marsala.

Roll out the dough to puff first thin, roll it up and affettatela as for the noodles.

Spread onto a floured tablecloth.

With the second line a buttered pasta and spread the almond mixture.

Sprinkle with strips of puff pastry, pour in the melted butter and cover with wax paper and crushed almonds.

Bake in hot oven for about 35 minutes.

Then pick it up and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve it cold.
