Instructions

18120 APPLE CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 6 apples, 6 tablespoons condensed milk, 3 egg yolks, 1 lemon, almonds, apricot jam, cakes, 150 g 100 ml of sweet wine, 80 g of butter.

CASE Mix the minced cakes with butter and wine and this paste-lined cake pan.

Cover the bottom with a layer of jam and sprinkle over the apples, cut into thin wedges.

Mix the condensed milk with the egg yolks and lemon juice and pour it over apples.

Cook the baked cake not too hot (20 minutes), sprinkle with the almonds and let still for a few minutes in the oven.
