Coffee ' baba '
Instructions
18167 BABA ' COFFEE ' warning check the ingredients!!!!!! 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 3 tablespoons instant coffee, 250 g sugar, 200 g of white rum, 100 g butter, 50 g flour, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of baking powder, 1 lemon, whipped cream for garnish.
METHOD melt the butter.
Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons of sugar, the flour, baking powder, mix well and add the beaten eggs.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould Crown and simmer in moderate oven for about 15 minutes.
Take it and place it in a baking dish.
Prepare a syrup with 1/2 litre of water, sugar and a little lemon juice, rum and coffee.
Pour it over to Baba and let stand until all the syrup will be absorbed.
You can serve with the cream.
