Instructions

18168 DRIED FRUIT CAKE INGREDIENTS 4 LEMON PEOPLE 50 g (net weight): raw almonds, toasted peanuts, walnuts and pine nuts, 25 g flour, 4 eggs, 5 tbsp sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder and cinnamon, lemon, butter 1.

For the icing: 100 g butter, 100 of brown sugar, 2 lemons.

Chopped dried fruit PROCESS very fine.

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar then add the dried fruits, grated lemon peel, cinnamon, baking powder and flour, mix well.

Finally add the whipped egg whites.

Pour all into a buttered and floured mold, bake in the oven at medium temperature for one hour.

Drafted when cold and will cover with frosting, then put in the refrigerator for rassodarlo.

Icing: mix sugar with butter and lemon juice just enough to obtain a smooth cream.
