Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g flour, 200 g of soft butter, 150 g sugar, 3 egg yolks, zest of 1 lemon, 1 pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

For the filling: 300 g, 400 g of milk, 100 g of fresh cream, 120 g sugar, 80 g semolina, 20 g butter, 2 apples, 2 egg yolks 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier liqueur, 1 sachet of vanilla.

PROCEDURE included in a bowl the flour, sugar, butter, egg yolks, lemon zest, salt and baking powder and mix with the spatula for about 15 minutes.

Keep the dough in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Wash and clean the fruit.

Cut apples into small pieces and place them in a saucepan with 40 g sugar, 20 g butter: Cook for about 3 minutes.

Bake in a bowl and let cool.

Put in another saucepan the milk, cream, sugar and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.

After cooking add cascading stirring semolina, egg yolks and vanilla and cook 6 minutes.

Add the liqueur.

Remove the pastry from the fridge, except a small portion that serves to make the stripes.

Grease and flour a baking sheet of about 24 cm.

Roll out the pastry to form a rather high and punzecchiatela with a fork.

Fill it with apples and blackberries (except a score that will be used to decorate).

Fruit filled with the hot semolina.

Formed with the remaining pastry into strips and arrange many on twisting them cake.

Decorate each square with a BlackBerry and bake at 160ø.

-180° for about 50 minutes.

Baked, let cool and serve the cake spolverizzandola, as desired, with the icing sugar.
