18698 Grapes CRUSHED INGREDIENTS for 6-8 PEOPLE For the dough: 350 g flour, 25 g of yeast, 100 g of milk, 100 g water, 20 g olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar.
For the filling: 400 g of white grapes, 400 g black grapes, 140 g sugar, 40 g of butter.
PROCEDURE included in the jug, milk, water, oil and yeast: 10 seconds, speed 5.
Add the flour, salt and sugar: 1 minute, 20 seconds and 5 speed, speed Spiga.
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
Wash the grapes, dry it and wrap it in sugar.
In mixing bowl place butter: 2 minutes, 80ø, speed 3.
Divide the dough in half and form two thin rectangles.
On the oven put the parchment paper and lay the dough; place over half of the grapes and the melted butter.
Overlay the second rectangle of dough by pressing the edges; cover with the remaining sugar and grape prick the surface of the dough with a toothpick.
Bake in hot oven at 180° -200° for about 40 minutes.
