Instructions

18805 ICED CAKE ingredients: A cake from a kg, 1 kg of cottage cheese, 300 g sugar, 50 ml milk, a packet of Vanillin, 50 g of ground almonds 3 egg yolks, yellow cheese, 5 tablespoons of rum, cocoa powder.

For the white cream: using a whisk mix 1/2 kg of cottage cheese with 150 g sugar and ground almonds, until mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Heat the milk in a saucepan, mix the packet of vanillin and add to mixture, kept in a cool place.

For the yellow cream: beat the egg yolks with 150 g of sugar, add the remaining ricotta and mix until mixture is smooth, add the rum and stir again, kept in a cool place.

Cut out the canopy on the cake: spread one layer with yellow cream levelling it well with a spatula.

Put the cake so stuffed in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.

After this time, remove from refrigerator and spread a second layer with white cream.

Put back in the refrigerator.

Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
