Instructions

A18275 APPLE STRUDEL for 8 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS for the dough: 300 g flour, 50 g butter, 25 g sugar, 10 g white flour, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

For the filling: 1 kg of apples, 50 g butter, 50 g sugar, 50 g sultanas, 30 g 30 g pine nuts, slivered almonds and 2 tablespoons of toasted bread, the juice of one lemon, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

PROCEDURE place the flour to crater, add 1 dl of water, oil, salt and mix the ingredients vigorously working the dough with your hands until it is extremely elastic.

Make a ball, place in a bowl, cover it with oil and leave it overnight.
