Apple pie (pie di mele)

18916 Apple Pie INGREDIENTS for 4/6 PERSONS 50 g bitter chocolate 125 g slightly salty butter, 125 g of bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, 500 g of applesauce, 75 g of butter.
To decorate: 20 cl of cream, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of Strawberry gelatin.
PROCESS Heat oven to 200° Grease a pan of baked porcelain and grate the chocolate.
In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat, add the bread crumbs and sugar.
Without ceasing to stir with a wooden spoon, simmer for 5 minutes (the mixture must take a golden color and the bread crumbs should be crispy).
Remove from heat, add chocolate, stir and let cool.
Pour the mixture into the Pan, a layer of this mixture of 1 cm and a layer of applesauce, finish with a chocolate layer.
Spread the butter in small pieces on the dessert, bake and cook for 25 minutes.
Let cool, whip the cream with sugar until foamy firmly and cover the cake.
Serve the cake accompanying it with Strawberry jelly.
